We conduct all the 3 levels of inspection viz. In-Line, Mid-Line and the final inspections. The in-line inspection is done on the first 20 garments produced in bulk production. All noticed and anticipated defects and problems are highlighted and brought to the attention of the Production staff in the factory. Fabric shrinkage and wash performance is checked at the in-line & Mid-Inspection level. All final inspections are done at the factories. Our supplier base is in Mumbai, Bangalore and Tirupur. These suppliers represent 90% of our production. All suppliers working for us have been socially audited and they are well aware of the new regulations policies of the global markets.
